So while digging through my closet, I found my old pair of flare jeans from Guess. Flare denim were big in the 60's of course but then came back in the 90's and little bit of the 2000's and I think they should make another come back. I love the classic look to them and they do wonders for my shape. I finally stepped out of my skinny jean comfort zone and I loved every minute of it. Don't get me wrong I love my skinnies but these just have an elevated style that even lengthens the legs!
Flair jeans are great when paired with a top that has a slim silhouette and heels to pronounce the flare even more. I paired mine with my new Gap nautical inspired sweater, nautical belt for a refining touch and finished off the look with tan wedges (because it's still hot in South Florida) and a tan purse. This is a great casual friday look for work because of the conservativeness of the flare jean and crew neck sweater. Will you try rocking flare? If you do send me a pic at firstname.lastname@example.org! I would love to feature it on the blog!
