When in Miami...

When in Miami, wear a one piece swimsuit as a top. I figured since I was going to be on South Beach and headed to a pool party at the Delano during swim week, then why not?
Oh how I wish swimwear could be incorporated into regular summer outfits. I just happened to be able to pull off this one-piece look and I'm itching to try it again. This Wet Swimwear one piece is extra comfortable and has the perfect amount of sexiness! It's also reversible from this hot pink color to a softer pink. As I mentioned in my Summer Packing Checklist post, one-piece swimsuits can double as a flirty top while on vacation (and that's one less top you need to pack!). This white kimono doubles as a cover up and a layering piece. I added my handy dandy DIY cutoff shorts and gladiator sandals to complete this Miami Beach summer weekend look.

As for the hair, by the last day of fashion week I was pretty much over my hair being down and getting drenched from the lovely Florida humidity. I tried a new braided hairstyle by crisscrossing two braids at the top of my head and pull the rest of my hair into an easy summer top knot. What do you think? If you missed my first swim week look you can find it here!
