Kimono aren't just a summer thing. I plan on wearing my kimono all year round.Especially this one from PacSun because it has the fall colors such as beige and burgundy. It's a nice layering piece for a breezy afternoon. I wore it this week over a black tank and black skinny jeans on Instagram. These distressed jeans from PacSun have become my favorite pair. I even forgot about my dark wash distressed jeans, that's how much I wear these light wash ones.
While browsing one of my favorite lifestyle blogs, GoodLooknOut, I came across an article that I found quite inspiring about leading a simple life. It pin points, rushing through life -- busy, tired, in debt and not taking full advantage of the life that's in front of you. My favorite part of her post was about making time for yourself. She wrote, "In your personal time, do one out of two things. You could spend time defining and tracking your goals and success. It’s essential for your growth. Or you could spend time stressing. Not stressing in the typical sense. Positively stress yourself doing activities that will push you closer to finding and getting to know yourself."
That spoke directly to me because I stress myself but sometimes not in the way of helping to find my true character. I encourage to read her post. It's funny and enlightening. Also, it really led me to consider creating a lifestyle category in my blog where I discuss things unrelated to fashion. What do you all think?
P.S. I listed a couple items on my Blogger's Closet this week.
Happy Friday! Have an amazing weekend! xo
